Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
A Server Assistant (Busser & Runner) accommodates guests by setting and maintaining organization throughout the Front of House and Back of House areas.
The Server Assistant will primarily assist both the host and server teams to ensure fluidity and proper preparation throughout service.
Responsibilities
Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables
Adheres to sanitation and safety policies
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
Supports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners and service/bus stations
Closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facility
Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Skills

Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
An appetite for growth and further knowledge in the food and beverage field
Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guests
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Education
High School Diploma or related preferred
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
Exposure to temperatures: < 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezers), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), 90 degrees Fahrenheit
Compensation
$12.
00 an hour
