Black and white male cat (Lehigh Culver's/Walmart area)

HELP! We lost our precious Tommy yesterday, 02/27, in the Culver's/Walmart area.
He is the sweetest kitty ever but scared to death!! He should still be wearing a leash.
Please help us and give us a call if you see him.
