I live a very healthy and clean lifestyle now.
I am looking for a healthy, quiet professional to share a very large 2 bedroom apartment.
I am a professional, in my early fifties, divorced and work in hotel management.
I have an adult son who I visit, so I have no overnight guests and no parties.
I usually work 4-5 days a week, leaving in the morning and returning around 4 pm daily.
My days off are usually on the weekends.
It is important to find the right person.
- Clean, quiet, secure and spacious 2 bedroom in-law apartment share - Private entry with private, locked room - Property has mature oaks, a beautiful Royal Poinciana and fruit trees used for holistic treatments including soursop and moringa, which we are happy to share - IMPORTANT': Due to recovering lung issues, no smoking, vaping, perfume, cologne, conventional deodorant, dryer sheets or air fresheners please.
ORGANIC PRODUCTS ONLY - All cleaning supplies and pest control are organic and provided at no charge - Your room is private.
There is a very large lanai for a bicycle or kayak - Large beautiful yard - Your bedroom window overlooks banana trees, papaya trees, mango trees and a beautiful mature oak - Central location - Safe, secure and beautiful - Private bedroom, with shared bathroom - Shared kitchenette and TV room - Portable washing machine and tent dryer with heater provided - Parking for one vehicle in the driveway - Due to my recovering from lung issues, we only use 100% organic personal care products, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, mouth wash, etc.
and no aerosols.
I can show you where to get organic products for the same price and even less expensive than many or most conventional products.
Even if you do laundry off-site, the laundry soap must be unscented and organic as the toxic smell from conventional products follow a person wherever they go.
