Automotive Billing Clerk

Biller Position A well established Franchise Dealership in Fort Myers is hiring a billing/title clerk.
This is a rare opportunity in our accounting office! We are looking for a well-rounded and qualified individual to join our office staff! We offer great benefits and continued training and growth opportunities! *Hours:* Monday – Friday 8 AM- 5 PM.
- Review and verify vehicle deal paperwork is compliant with dealership and banking regulations and completed accurately.
- Receipting cash or checks into accounting system and generating receipts.
- Post new, used, and wholesale car deals into accounting system.
- Reconcile accounting schedules and post necessary journal entries for corrections.
- Issue payoff checks for vehicle trade ins and overnight check to appropriate banks.
- Follow up on vehicle payoffs to ensure titles are obtained quickly.
- Submit and follow up on rebates and review the rebate schedule with the General Manager monthly for any issues.
- Understand deadlines and expectations with month end and appropriately apply a sense of urgency to all tasks.
- General Accounting Knowledge.
*Qualifications:* -CDK experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Basic computer skills.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Strong Attention to detail.
-Automotive Billing Experienced Required.
Pay Range: $41-52K based on level of experience.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41,500.
00 - $51,500.
