Bookkeeper

Are you looking to grow and find a family style workplace? We are hiring an experienced bookkeeper who is comfortable with QuickBooks, Wave, Excell and UltraTax.
It is very important that you are willing to learn and be able to problem solve.
Experience is required; we will expect you to be able to step in and take bank statements and covert them to a profit and loss/balance sheets.
Being able to handle payroll reports, quarter filings, guide clients in applying for payroll tax id numbers and be able to respond to clients directly.
We will offer continuing education yearly and there will be growth opportunities based on your performance.
- Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping - Strong understanding of financial concepts - Knowledge of tax accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in account reconciliation techniques - Experience working with accounting/bookkeeping software - Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week- during tax season be willing to work nights and weekends.
