We are seeking a Part-Time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in our Cape Coral, FL Headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is a valuable position.
This position requires a master at multi-tasking and making quick but well considered decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry
Inventory management tasks (computer based)
Electronic and paper filing
Various reports
Answering phones
Accounts payable and receivable software entries
Other miscellaneous tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Computer skills
QuickBooks experience preferred
Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
1 year of administrative experience
1 year of bookkeeper experience

Helios compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $18.
00 in our lowest geographic market up to $20.
00 in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Helios's compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
