The Contract Accounting Administrator will be responsible for the project billing process including client set up and maintenance, suppliers/subcontractors invoice processing and accounts receivable.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain fully executed owner contract/purchase orders.
Request and maintain Certificate of Insurance.
Request and maintain Performance and Payment Bonds.
Set up of CCIP & OCIP projects.
Post Cash Receipts.
Monitor status of client’s receivables.
Send out monthly statements.
Collects waiver releases for General Contractors.
Performs additional tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required (in Business Administration preferred).
Be able to multi-task and thrive in a challenging environment.
Safety Awareness:
Ability to provide self with a safe work environment when working with various software and information technology equipment.
Ability to understand safety parameters surrounding an office environment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to hear and speak clearly with professionalism.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
, must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
Normal vision range (with or without corrective eye ware); ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols 100% of the time.
