Duties/Responsibilities Enter monthly contract billings into Sage 300 CRE.
Scan, send out, and file contract billings.
Input, send out, scan, and file quick bills.
Collections: Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and follow-up by contacting customers to request payment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
