We seek a self-motivated, flexible, rehab technician with healthcare experience to join our growing holistic healthcare team.
In this role, you will assist and work under the direction of a chiropractor, and perform a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the chiropractic office is running smoothly and efficiently.
*Job Duties*
Administrative Duties
* Warmly greets each patient by name as they check in for their appointments.
* Updates doctor stat sheets.
* Keeps Practice Operations Supervisor and/or Practice Manager informed of any supplies that need to be ordered.
* Promptly and effectively deals with situations that arise like when a patient has to wait an excessive length of time for an appointment; the ability to empathize with the patient and deal with the wait is a key to success.
* Clean and organize DAILY: Patient Treatment areas and Patient Treatment rooms.
The employee break room and employee bathroom will be shared duties between all staff.
* Assisting the Practice Operations Supervisor with new patient acquisition, managing leads, and assisting with marketing opportunities.
Clinical Duties
* Comfortable and confident assisting and touching the patients on their healing journey.
* Escorts patients to appropriate room.
* Keeps rooms clean and organized.
, cleaning and preparing treatment areas and equipment before and after each session.
* Educates patients by sharing chiropractic knowledge in a clear, concise manner which encourages the patient to ask further questions until the answer is fully understood.
* Help educate and train patients on WebExercises patient plans.
* Taking notes and inputting the patients daily subjectives in our EHR system, Genesis.
* Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and therapeutic activities.
* Recording patients’ progress for the chiropractor.
* Use of manual therapy and treatment equipment, including but not limited to: EMS therapy, Laser therapy, Vibracussor, Exercise, Balance, MMT, WBV, Therbands, Stretching, WebExercises, Contour Light, DRX9000, and Traction Assistance.
*Preferred/required skillset*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Customer service experience.
* Familiar with medical terminology a plus.
* Spanish speaking *a plus!*
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and follow-through.

· Monday 8:30 am – 2:00 pm & 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
· Tuesday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
· Wednesday 8:30 am – 2:00 pm & 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
·Thursday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
· Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
*Total hours & pay range:*
- 35-40 hours per week | $17-20 per hour
