*Service Coordinator*
The Service Coordinator must maintain an effective working relationship with the entire team, but especially our Service Department as they will be working directly within that department.
Our Service Department supports our Marine Construction installations by installing, repairing, and maintaining existing boat lifts, installing accessories, and many other items as it relates to the marine industry.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented person who can work independently without a great deal of supervision.
This position will need to have solid communication skills as they will work with not only our Service Team, but also our customers and Accounting Department.
This is a purely administrative role that will serve as an administrative assistant to our service team.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist with Accounts Receivable collections.
* Provide daily updates to the Accounting Department on invoicing, Accounts Receivable collections, etc.
* Help answer phones (as needed) and direct to appropriate Service Manager.
* Communicate with customers regarding customer service and follow-up.
(ex.
How was your service today? How would you like to pay for this?)
* Assist and track service employees: Go-backs, tardiness, call-offs, etc.
* Manage RMA’s with Vendors.
(Golden, Shoreline, Etc.
)
* Generate and deliver weekly tool (safety) talks.
* Stocking of proper PPE supplies.
* Provide employee review paperwork to Service Manager as needed.
* Assist in oversight of parts inventory and order as needed.
* Work with Construction Coordinator (New Construction) on Gem Remote allocation.
* Assist the Service Mangers to track members of the Service Program.
* Revise and order pricing books, marketing materials, etc.
* Train with and assist Operations Manager in creating invoice notes.
* Work directly with Service Managers in daily tasks as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Requirements*
* Strong computer knowledge
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Etc.
)
* Strong Customer Service Skills as they will be speaking with customers, vendors, and other team members
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Multi-tasking and problem solving skills
* Team Player
* Ability to work accurately and well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
* Compliance with Drug Free Workplace Program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.
00 - $22.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
