Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

- Identifying DSM 5-TR Diagnoses.
- Develop and Review Treatment Plans.
- Maintain a manageable caseload based on client needs, frequency of sessions and clinician availability.
- Facilitate treatment groups in addition to individual therapy.
- Conduct clinical/biopsychosocial assessments as needed.
- Maintain documentation requirements in electronic health records.
- Work with Care Coordinator in completing portions of administrative requirements.
