While our primary services are home based for children with Autism, we provide a wide variety of behavior analytic services for a wide range of individuals.
Our BCBAs provide in home and in community Applied Behavior Analysis services and work closely as a team, with ongoing support and training.

*Job Requirements* * Active BCBA certification * Experience training staff and families in competent implementation of behavioral procedures * Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel * Demonstrate competency providing ABA services to varied populations is required (i.
e.
, all ages and diagnoses) * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation * Understanding of theoretical, philosophical, and basic research in behavior analysis * Skills and experience in developing and implementing behavior plans and curriculum * Experience with common ABA assessments, teaching methods, treatment procedures, and data collection systems * Technical behavior analytic writing skills * Experience providing supervision and training behavior technicians * Applicants must pass a national and local background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $78,000.
