Description: Description Bay Colony Beach Club is one of Naples most exclusive private clubs that is located within Bay Colony Community.
The Beach Club is looking for a fulltime Receptionist.

Takes reservations, answers inquiries regarding specials, reservations and events.
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE Answers incoming phone calls, greets callers and transfers calls to appropriate staff for assistance.
Answers phone calls and takes reservations Confirms reservations.
Responds and/or forwards to voicemails and emails.
Takes messages and relays to appropriate staff.
Assists callers with questions regarding specials or club events or special requests.
Responds or forwards emails regarding reservations or requests.
Assist with inquiries, questions, complaints in a timely and accurate basis.
Puts menus in presentation books as needed.
Make copies of menus as needed Takes "to-go" orders.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent.
Food and beverage experience preferred.
Country Club experience preferred.
Receptionist or Administrative Assistant Experience preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal and written and communication skills are essential.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be a team player and customer service oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must be able to use email and utilize internet Requires ability to remember guest names Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively in English.
