Water heater (good condition) - $75 (Burnt Store)

38 Gallon Rheem Professional water heater in good condition.
11 years old.
Brand new similar water heaters will cost about $580 with taxes.
I am a plumber and a customer wanted it removed from his closet since he had two water heaters (the other one in the garage) and this one only served their master bathroom and was just getting in the way at this point.
I flushed the water heater today.
I can also replace the anode rod before selling for an additional $40 which should make it last quite a bit longer.
Feel free to test it for leaks or anything before buying, I have a hose hookup outside we can pressurize it with.
