1950 Chevy 3100 Restoration (North Fort Myers)

Desperately seeking a mentor in the Fort Myers, FL area to guide me through the process of restoring, or perhaps refurbishing, a 1950 Chevy 3100.
I purchased this vehicle 6 years ago from a rancher in Montana.
All original and appears (to me at least) to be in really good shape.
Plans at the time were to make it a father/son project after my retirement.
Well -- my son ended up starting a new career and getting married.
I ended up following the weather and water and moving to SW Florida.
The entire time the 3100 has sat untouched.
I am now ready to take on the project but want to limit my mistakes and expenses.
I really need the guidance of someone that understands what needs to be done and what order I should do it.
I envision having the right person look it over and give me step by step directions on how to proceed.
Give me a task, give me time to complete the task, come and inspect/critique, and then give me another task.
Make it your year-round part time consulting job.
