I have used this for Uber for the last 3 years.
Being an XL it makes between $20-$40 per hour (not including cash tips and private rides).
People like a nice, roomy vehicle with a good driver.
-2 owner
-2 sets of keys
-owners manual
-clean title
-4x4
-exterior color is Gold Mist
-interior is beige/brown/wood
-$7000+ in work done recently
-the hybrid used the 6.
0 out of the suburban 2500 that runs on regular gas, not premium like the normal Escalade 6.
2
-the hybrid gets 21mpg where as a regular Escalade will get 14mpg.
So with the hybrid you are saving money 2 ways.
Fuel used and fuel cost.
-22” Vogue Tyres chrome wheels that were a rare dealer option.
Some rust but still look good
-no dents/scratches
-hybrid battery has 135,000 miles on it so there are another 30,000 - 60,000 miles in.
-magnaride shocks changed to regular oil pass through shocks.
I’ve done this swap on every GM suv ive owned that has them
-regular oil changes with synthetic always
-good tires
-drives/rides nice
-2nd row bench
-3 row seating
-250,000 miles
—-minor cosmetic wear for a high mile vehicle but in very good condition—

-that’s $2588 in parts

***I also have parts I haven’t installed yet***
- Ecu - $300 & probably $100 to install (not needed but explanation details below)
- Cruise buttons (they aren’t broken, just the black has worn off) - $30 & probably $60 to install
- 2 used side blind spot module - $200 & probably $150 to program and install (explanation details below)
-that’s $530 in parts
***first two are easy to install on your own.
The module needs programmed by a mechanic***
***truck has a few things that I haven’t gotten around to because they cause no driving issues***
-steering mechanism needs a bushing.
It doesn’t cause any drivability or alignment issues.
It just clicks some times when turning.
-2 center caps for the wheels are missing.
-“service hybrid system” dash warning on.
I have the scanned codes from Cadillac.
-One is a “too few electronic pulses” which mean anything that sends a signal back to the ecu (throttle position sensor.
Side blind spot module.
12v battery.
Etc)
-the second code is “miscommunication with side blind spot module”.
The drivers side blind spot module stopped working the day after the hurricane.
Something blowing around might have hit the bumper just enough to ruin it, so the blind spot feature isn’t working due to that.
It doesn’t bother me because I rarely notice them anyways but I do have 2 spare used modules.
I’ve been driving with the “service hybrid system” warning on for 90,000 miles with not one issue.
As you can see, any issues that runs through the ecu will trigger the “hybrid system” warning when it actually has nothing to do with the actual hybrid system.
Unfortunately these can not be cleared as they are not standard OBD “dash light” codes.
This is why I bought the new ecu.
Just incase I wanted to make that warning go away, but It’s not affecting anything so the new buyer can do it if they want
***if you msg with “is it still available” or a first msg with an email or phone number, I’ll know you are a scam and just report and delete your msg.
We can msg on here first***
***this is an early hybrid.
Plz understand its quirks***
***price is firm***
