Working Partner or Couple for Mobile Homes USA - $100,000 (Fort Myers)

I own Mobile Homes USA, which was established in 2010 in Fort Myers, Florida from which I currently do all of the internet marketing, customer quotes, invoicing and accounting for sales of RV's, Park Models, Mobile Homes and Stick built housing for all Florida.
I am older with no continuity plan for the business and am seeking a compatible person or couple that can take over the management and operations of the business that I can create a possible path to total ownership for.

The park has over 40 spaces for me to fill with used RV's, Park Models and Mobile Homes from which we receive all of the profits.
We have financing available for homes for only 10% down and a 550 FICO Score and can also finance buyers with only an ITIN # and no social security.
However we must fund Used RV Sales in the $15K area from which we can get between $5000-$10,000 down with us financing the balances at Affordable Housing in this economy is one of the best businesses to be in given demand for affordable housing at this time and my extensive experience and willingness to stay in
