Estero Country Club is seeking an experienced Seasonal Bartender to join our dedicated team and contribute to the creation of exceptional experiences for our members.
*Job Summary: *As a Bartender at Estero Country Club, you will play a vital role in enhancing our club members overall experience.
You will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair.
Your friendly demeanor, mixology skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service will elevate our members' and guests' visits.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Mix and Serve Beverages:* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring they meet quality and presentation standards.
* *Engage with Members & Guests:* Interact with club members and their guests in a courteous and professional manner, offering recommendations and creating personalized drink experiences.
* *Maintain Inventory:* Monitor and manage bar inventory, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
Restock and order supplies as needed.
* *Order Handling:* Handle order transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to club policies and procedures.
* *Comply with Regulations:* Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible service and safety.
* *Cleanliness and Organization:* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure the bar is presentable at all times.
* *Collaborate with Team:* Work closely with other food & beverage staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure seamless service.
* *Assist with Special Events:* Participate in and contribute to the success of special events, parties, and themed nights.
* *Safety and Compliance:* Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as club policies and procedures.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous bartending experience in a high-end or upscale establishment is preferred.
* Knowledge of mixology and a wide range of cocktail recipes.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Certification for responsible alcohol service is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is a must.
