Sanitation Housekeeper will help maintain the building by keeping it clean and presentable, making it aesthetically pleasing.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in Maintenance and Cleaning preferred
• Outgoing and Friendly
• Professional appearance
• Knowledge of cleaning products and standards

• Pressure wash patio and sidewalks
• Patch holes in walls
• Touch up painting, and small painting projects
• Buff floors
• Wash windows
• Clean walls
• Deep clean bathrooms
• Mop all floors daily and bowlers circle
• Trim trees as needed
• Spread new mulch as needed
• Keep Center dusted
• Clean carpets as needed
• Restock paper products in bathrooms daily
• Move furniture and clean under it
• Change light bulbs
• Ensure there are enough bathroom supplies in stock at all times
• Other duties as assigned
Other Roles that may be asked of you include, but are not limited to:
• Clean windows and floors
• Keeping all bathrooms clean
• Helping to set up small and large parties, Group Events and Buyouts
• Take out trash
• Mop Floor
• Providing Teamwork when needed in any area of Center
• Represent Headpinz/Bowland positively at all times, including verbiage and dress standards
• Follow Safety Standards put forth by the Company
• Attend specialized training classes when appropriate, continued training courses when needed
