Responsible for preparing and cooking ingredients by recipe and specifications from the customer.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with other staff and management to successfully complete shift
• Constant presence on the line, cooking in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Ensuring the food comes out in high quality standards and in a timely fashion.
• Knowledge of ALL menu items, ingredients and set up of dishes
• Continues cleaning and maintaining of the prep area
• Follow all sanitation and food health regulations
• Keeping up with all health code and safety standards
• Preparing all food for service
• Answer, report and follow instructions from all supervisor’s, management and chefs
• It is your responsibility to be safe staff certified through the state of Florida within 15 days of employment
• Staff must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
