We are looking for a regular full-time Line Cook who would thrive in a hospitality/culinary environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to members and guests while maintaining an innovative and creative environment!
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, our line cooks are responsible for setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies, preparing food for service, and cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Our line cooks must stock inventory appropriately, as well as comply with nutrition/sanitation/safety regulations.
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely manner while maintaining a positive and professional approach to customers and coworkers.
Line cooks must always support safe work habits and a safe working environment as well as cleaning stations and taking care of leftover food.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Culinary certificate or diploma from a college or technical school
Proven cooking experience as a line chef, restaurant, or prep cook.
