Coach Navy zipper bag with yellow tassel - $140 (Naples)

Sophisticated Coach Legacy bag.
Navy blue with bright yellow tassel on the handle with perforated sides and bottom that shows a tiny bit of yellow.
There are some light scuffs on the edges and corners (pictures provided).
Interior is clean with no rips.
No box but I do have the dust cover.
