Your accountant will not poke around to see if you posted correctly or handle your bookkeeping tasks accurately, they don't get paid for checking your BKPG, they get paid high dollars
to prepare your taxes based off of what information you have given them.
They only look at numbers, they don't "dig" into your books to double check that your bookkeeping is accurate.
One big way to catch duplicate entries (which can overstate/understate Income and Expense Accounts) is to Reconcile the Bank and Credit Card accounts on a consistent monthly basis.

payroll services, remote access, Supplies, Software, Merchant Services, Billing Solutions, Online Bill Payment through QB) any monthly fee you would pay to Intuit to use their services through the QB program.
This discount will stay with you as long as you keep the service, software or feature.
It doesn't matter if I work with you once or a hundred times-you get to keep that discount.
I would have to order it for you in order for you to receive the discount.
RATES:
TRAINING: $115 per hour, 1 hr minimum
+ FLAT TRAVEL:
$115 Flat Travel charge to: Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Ft Myers
$135 Flat Travel charge to: Marco Island.
CANCELLATION FEES:
$115 Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers
$135 Marco Island
TERMS: Payment is due upon services rendered.
PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, Company Check, or Personal Check.
CANCELLATIONS: You MUST notify me BY PHONE at least 2 BUSINESS DAYS prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel an appointment, I DO NOT accept cancellations via the internet, email, or texts.
If you do not call to cancel in the allotted time frame specified above, YOU WILL BE BILLED a Flat Rate Cancellation charge.
If I travel to your location for our scheduled appointment and you have not phoned in to cancel before the 2 Business Day allotted time request, YOU WILL BE BILLED a FLAT RATE Travel charge $115 when I travel to Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Ft Myers OR $135 to Marco Island.
