Lost keys on orange foam floaty. (Southeast cape coral.)

I lost a set of keys within the last 10 days.
They have an Orange floaty on them.
They have a black key fob , and a black string connected to a little plastic horseshoe type clip which is the key for my kill switch on my outboard motor.
They also have some little bar code tags for autozone.
