Pigeon Found (Cape Coral)

Pigeon found.
All light grey with white stripes and white spots.
Reddish-orange Band around left foot.
Seems tame.
He's been here for two days (mon-tues).
If anyone could help this bird pls help.
he doesn't seem to want to fly.
