Found Small Black Dog / Red Vest (Fort Myers)

Found missing dog Small Black dog wearing red vest.
There was a Lost Sign next to The Bob Evans and Genesis Care on Colonial at the Stop sign.
The sign is no longer there so I’m trying to find the owners to call them if anyone has a clue please contact me.
The sign was there over Christmas and beginning of January, but the sign is no longer there.
