Free fridge but freezer needs fixing (Port Charlotte)

I have a refrigerator where the freezer doesn't work correctly, it ices over after about two weeks.
It's still fine and makes ice, but I'm getting a new one delivered tomorrow, so if you want this and can fix it, you need to come get it before 8pm tonight (11/19).
