- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train and mentor employees on proper food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train new staff members.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Manage catering orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management.
Skills:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, including knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective staff management and customer interactions.
- Proficient in shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends to maintain high-quality standards.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees to build a skilled workforce.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques for maintaining a quality coffee program.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system for order processing, inventory control, and reporting.
