In this role you will work with customers, vendors, and all staff members to meet established operating goals and standards Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew.
Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation Serve as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hours Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,499.
