Iso a free small puppy or small young adult (Lehigh acres)

Hi I'm looking for a a puppy or young adult dog (small breeds only)for my family our dog passed away from hip dysplasia and an aggressive tumor in her heart And a couple months later we got a puppy from a family friend his name was toby but unfortunately he had a seizure and undeveloped lungs and died as well she didn't inform us he had medical problems until the day I woke up to a lifeless fur baby 🥺😞😢
