3 month old chihuahua/dachshund mix (male) (Lehigh acres)

3 month old chihuahua/dachshund mix.
Purchased him 1 month ago but recently had close death in family and I'm unable to give him the attention he needs.
He has been dewormed and has no fleas, not potty trained yet (he does try to use puppy pads) Rehoming fee of $250 (will come with small amount of food, treats, toys and some puppy pads.
