Yellow male budgie (Fort Myers)

I am looking to rehome Oliver my yellow male budgie.
I got him from a pet store last year in North fort Myers but I have not been able to tame him or train him at all.
I had another budgie who flew away last week and ever since then Oliver has been panicking and is looking for my other bird.
It's not fair for me to continue keeping him when I don't have another bird at the house and he is very lonely.
I'll say he is about a two years old.
Asking $30 for rehoming.
And that's just for the bird I'm going to hold on to my cage just in case.
