Special needs 14 week old catahoula puppy for rehoming

We have a rescued almost 14 week old male catahoula puppy he's the result of a double Merle breeding from a breeder out in Tampa we have to learn some toys he's one free he is he had his first set of shots we are looking for a forever home that understands the needs of a deaf and blind dog he's 100% deaf and 100% blind and yes there is a rehoming fee for him he will need a fully fenced in yard he cannot be left outside due to being fully white in the face he will sunburn so he can only go out on a leash walk to pee and poop and right back in text show contact info
