Position Summary:
The Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting and securing top talent for Legacy Commercial Real Estate.
This position is responsible for identifying, screening, and evaluating potential candidates for various roles within the company, including leasing agents, property managers, and administrative staff.
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
* Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the respective roles.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.
* Manage the candidate selection process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating offer negotiations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
* Continuously improve recruitment processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
* Represent Legacy Commercial Real Estate at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote employment opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates objectively.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
