Property Manager for Vacation Rentals
We are seeking a reliable, team player *to join our Vacation Rental Company as a Property Manager.
* Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards and that all guest requirements are met, guaranteeing a safe, clean, and profitable experience for all.
Responsibilities:
* Be the *point of contact to homeowners* by communicating with them on a consistent and daily basis about the cleaning and maintenance condition of their property using tools like Property Care app, Video Text, Telephone, and Email.
* *Detailed and consistent communication* to ensure 100% cleanliness/maintenance for each home with the Homeowners.
* *Responsible for all owners meet and greets* upon arrival.
* *Responsible for guests meet and greets* upon arrival and acquiring 5-star reviews
* *Complete reports* as requested per Operations Manager.
* Responsible for *setting up all vendors for new properties *if applicable.
* *Inform Internal Office (Accounting, Guest Services, Maintenance) of all issues* and vendor changes for the property.
* *Inventory all new properties *and labeling as per Roelens Guidelines
Qualifications:
* Possess at least 1 year of experience in vacation rental property management or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
* Thorough knowledge of vacation rental operations, encompassing guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance practices.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, allowing you to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to tackle challenges and make informed choices.
* Capability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions: As the Vacation Rental Property Manager, you will be required to travel to assigned properties.
The role may entail working on weekends, holidays, and evenings to accommodate guest needs and ensure smooth property operations.
