```Duties``` We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department - Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized -Sharing posts on Social Media -Maintaining Staff Calendars - Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Performing general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assisting with event planning and coordination - Providing administrative support to various departments as needed ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite - Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently - Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems - Experience working in a Real Estate office a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and enjoy providing exceptional service to others, we would love to hear from you.
