If you're looking for a career at an extraordinary company, Royal Shell may be the place for you! *Summary:* Royal Shell Real Estate, the region’s largest luxury real estate, rental, and vacation company, is currently seeking a dependable, Director of First Impressions for our busy Bonita Springs office.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
*What You’ll Do:* * Provide best in class hospitality to external clients, business partners, and vendors.
* Greet guests, clients, agents and employees with a friendly smile and positive attitude * Effectively directing incoming phone calls from a multi-line phone system using while providing excellent customer service * Manage internal meeting spaces, and general office organization.
* Assist the Office Manager with transaction file processing and other daily tasks * Assist agents with day to day tasks and administrative duties * Responsible for every day organization and tidiness of the office building * Responsible for maintaining office supply Inventory * Proof all ads for accuracy * Assist office managers with file compliance * Other tasks as required *Job Requirements:* * High School Diploma or equivalent.
College preferred * Administrative experience in a real estate office preferred * Experience with AppFiles preferred * Experience with MLS preferred * Notary, preferred but not required * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality * To perform this job successfully, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Be customer service oriented and be willing to go the extra mile for internal and external customers * Good phone and communications skills * Good problem-solving skills * Detail oriented and eye for accuracy and proofing * Be capable of efficiently handling a job and all its details from start to finish * Be organized and effective at multitasking * Be able to work effectively in a very deadline-oriented environment * A Florida Real Estate License is a plus *Personal Qualities:* * RELIABLE ATTENDANCE IS A MUST! * Be a self-starter who is able to begin and complete tasks without supervision * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Have reliable transportation * Be courteous, dress and act professionally * Work well in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
