This is an in-office position, which is hourly and OVERTIME eligible.
*JOB SUMMARY* The Accounts Payable Commission Specialist is responsible for reviewing closing packages, and processing transactions using internal accounting systems to pay Sales Advisors and Referral commissions.
The Closer/Commissions Processor is focused on ensuring accuracy, timely completion, while providing the highest level of customer service to our Branch Offices.
This is a highly administrative role, that will spend a significant portion of the day using a computer and working independently.
This is an in-office position that may become hybrid after the candidate is fully proficient.
OVERVIEW AND EXPECTATIONS: * Commission Processing * Issue checks and distribute checks for commission proceeds * Self-Organization and accuracy * Ability to answer calls and reply to emails in a professional demeanor, having a clear and concise style * Calculation of commission adjustments using general math and problem-solving skills * Assist field with inquiries: general and transaction-specific questions, calculations, procedures, etc.
* Request and obtain the paperwork required to process commissions * Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize * Strong working knowledge of Windows to include Outlook, Excel, and Word * Embrace and work within company and department deadlines, policies, and procedures * Ability to manage times of high volume and self-manage any stressors associated with said high volume BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: * Real Estate and/or Real Estate Commissions Processing experience preferred, but not required * Strong administrative skills- reconciliation, organization, and prioritization * Excellent customer service and communication skills; strong written and verbal skills * Strong computer skills - proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as; Outlook, Excel, and Word, able to type quickly and use multiple windows with ease * Ability to learn internal and external real estate related applications * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Tv Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
00 - $48,000.
