Babcock Ranch, America’s first solar powered town seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant to work on the weekends for Babcock Ranch.
As a Weekend Leasing Consultant (Lease-Up), you will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing new residents for The Flatwoods.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting property tours, engaging with prospective residents, and facilitating the leasing processes.
This position is specifically designed for weekends to accommodate potential residents' schedules and enhance their leasing experience during peak demand periods.
This position may require additional shifts to be worked during peak season.

*Responsibilities:*
_Customer Engagement:_
* Greet and warmly welcome prospective residents during weekend property visits.
* Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to residents' needs and addressing
* inquiries promptly.
_Property Tours:_
* Conduct comprehensive and appealing property tours to showcase amenities, features, and
* available units.
* Highlight unique selling points and benefits of choosing our community.
_Leasing Process:_
* Effectively communicate leasing terms, pricing, and incentives to prospective residents.
* Assist applicants in completing leasing applications and ensure all required documentation is
* obtained.
_Follow-Up:_
* Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries, fostering positive relationships to convert prospects
* into residents.
* Maintain a database of potential residents and track leasing progress.
_Marketing Support:_
* Collaborate with the marketing team and the main property manager to organize and execute
* weekend promotions or events to attract prospective residents.
Other related duties may be assigned.
*Skills and Abilities:*
* Previous experience in leasing or sales, ideally within the real estate or property management industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Familiarity with leasing software and basic knowledge of property management systems.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend hours.
* Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills and self-direction
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be detail and goal oriented.
* Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
* Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
* Must demonstrate desire and ability to partner with all functional areas of the company to achieve business success
*Educations and/or Experience:*
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
