The Manager/Recruiter will be dedicated to driving aggressive growth in the number of licensed real estate agents, overseeing the leadership team, and fostering strong relationships with top agents.
The successful Manager/Recruiter will excel in interpersonal relationships and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
This senior role within RE/MAX Hallmark Realty entails:
* Must have a Real Estate License and be familiar with Naple, Bonita Spring and Fort Myer's Markets
* Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high-performing real estate agents.
* Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high-performing real estate agents.
* Supervising hiring, leadership, and staff development, ensuring proper training and accountability.
* Providing business development and financial management consulting to top agents to enhance their performance.
* Cultivating a learning-based environment with access to top-tier training and educational opportunities.
* Creating a positive, empowering atmosphere that challenges associates while prioritizing their well-being.
* Generating recruit leads through various channels and positioning RE/MAX Hallmark Realty as the preferred brokerage.
* Conducting competitive research and developing prospecting and marketing strategies to thrive in today's market.
