We are currently seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Real Estate Photographer.
No prior experience is required as we are dedicated to providing comprehensive training and supplying the necessary equipment for success.
*Responsibilities:* *Photography: *Capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties in Charlotte, Lee, and Collier County.
Showcase the unique features and highlights of each property to enhance marketing efforts.
*Equipment Handling:*Utilize provided photography equipment effectively to ensure optimal results.
Maintain and care for equipment to guarantee longevity and quality of output.
*Training:*Participate in training sessions to learn and apply best practices for real estate photography.
Develop an understanding of our company's standards for property presentation.
*Flexibility:*Work with a flexible schedule to accommodate property availability and client needs.
Adapt to changing circumstances and varied shooting conditions.
*Communication:*Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to coordinate photo shoots.
Communicate effectively to understand and meet client expectations.
*Qualifications:* * No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
* A passion for photography and an eye for detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
