Job duties will include: -Monitor the status of 2-4 residential renovation jobs at a time -Subcontractor & employee scheduling and management -Hiring and evaluating subcontractors and laborers -Reviewing and approving invoices Qualifications: -Must have construction experience -Must have computer proficiency and administrative knowledge -Must have experience supervising laborers and subcontractors -Must be knowledgeable with regards to pricing of labor and materials for home renovations -Must have experience ordering materials -Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
