*Position Overview:* We are seeking a skilled and reliable Real Estate Photographer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing professional-quality photographs of construction projects, both in progress and completed, for our clients in the construction industry.
No editing required.
You send in the RAW photos and we take care of the rest.
*Responsibilities:* * Conduct on-site photography sessions at various construction project locations, including both ongoing construction sites and completed projects.
* Capture high-resolution, professional-quality images that highlight key features, design elements, and craftsmanship of the construction projects.
* Ensure accurate representation of colors, textures, and spatial dimensions in the photographs, adhering to client specifications and project requirements.
* Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold safety protocols while working in construction environments to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
* Provide timely delivery of raw, unedited photographs to the United Foundry team for further processing and incorporation into marketing materials.
* Keep accurate records of mileage and travel expenses incurred during on-site shoots for reimbursement purposes.
*Requirements:* * Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in capturing architectural and construction photography.
* In-depth knowledge of photography equipment, including DSLR cameras, lenses and the ability to use them effectively in various lighting conditions.
* Strong understanding of composition, framing, and perspective techniques to create visually compelling images that highlight the unique characteristics of construction projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, project teams, and colleagues.
* Willing to travel to multiple locations as needed to accommodate project schedules and client preferences.
