* The Experienced Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining the best mortgage options for their specific needs.
This individual will work with a variety of lenders to secure financing for clients, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.
We offer some of the lowest interest rates and closing costs to our clients which means more income for the MLO! *Key Responsibilities:* * Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and provide guidance on available options * Work with a variety of lenders to secure financing for clients * Keep up-to-date with changes in the mortgage industry and inform clients of new options * Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions * Continuously build and maintain a network of referral partners *Qualifications:* * 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, *with a proven track record of sales success* * Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and various loan products * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Familiarity with lending and mortgage regulations * Strong network of referral partners * Strong ability to self-manage and work independently * Strong understanding of credit and underwriting * Strong understanding of the market and the economy * Strong ability to work under pressure * Strong ability to close deals and overcome objections * Strong ability to build and maintain relationships * Strong ability to work with a team and adapt to changes * Strong ability to be organized and detail oriented * Strong ability to be proactive and results oriented * Strong ability to be analytical and logical * Strong ability to be ethical and professional * Have a strong entrepreneurial attitude * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent * Active NMLS license for Florida or the ability to obtain upon hire (if you are resigning retail lenders such as a bank or credit union whose employees are federally registered with NMLS) * *RESIDE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA* *Compensation/Benefits:* * Excellent Commission Compensation Plan with bonuses * Pay cycles are semi-monthly Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.
