A Loan Officer should be focused on building strong relationships with the Real Estate Team in addition to serving any client direct opportunities.

This is in addition to the ability to quickly pick up new programs including several Non-QM programs · Comfortability to present and relay industry updates on a regular basis to Real Estate Partners · Top Notch communication and coaching with agents and buyers throughout the home buying process in a timely manner · Ability to manage an active pipeline of 6-12 loans per month while maintaining a high level of service · A positive growth based mindset.
