We can frame, trim, install siding, roofing, decks, patios, concrete flat work, insulation, electrical (had a Journeyman's card for many years), internal and finish plumbing, cabinets, sheetrock, tile, flooring and paint (airless and brush/roller).
I have my own investors that will fund ALL my new home builds and land.
I have my own business and GL/WC insurance.
I normally do all the scheduling with inspections, vendors and deliveries.
