Compensation:
$50,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities:
Monitor and process all paperwork related to the closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Negotiate repairs, oversee home inspections, and ensure a timely close of deals
Maintain open communication between all parties and coordinate relevant details such as moving schedules
Record customer information into the office database, track transaction activities, and submit the necessary documents to the broker for review
Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and clearly communicating information both verbally and in writing
Qualifications:
Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients
Passion for providing superior customer service is highly desired
Must have obtained, or currently be pursuing, a real estate license
Previous knowledge and experience of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is advantageous
