As a Data Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing various data sources and models to design, develop, modify, and integrate information systems.

Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough data analysis of information systems to identify program, software, architecture, and operational issues.
Develop integration plans and strategies to optimize data sources, ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms.
Present technical solutions and data acquisition strategies to supervisors for approval and implementation.
Collaborate with other developers to execute integration projects and procedures effectively.
Follow standard practices for integration processes to ensure high-quality performance of data integration systems.
Monitor data configurations, test interfaces, and convert physical data into source codes.
Optimize information system programs and network architectures to handle increased data volumes efficiently.
Work closely with business users and analysts to convert operational specifications into technical designs.
Follow business requirements closely to improve integration development plans.
Manage retrieval systems and organizational databases after integration, proactively detecting bugs or errors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Data Integration Specialist or similar role within a real estate or technology environment is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system issues and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python or SQL.
Solid understanding of database structures, ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes, and API integrations.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies like AWS or Azure is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
