Job Title: Bilingual Property Manager (Spanish/English) - Naples, FL
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Naples, FL.
The candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in property management.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors in both Spanish and English.
Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage lease agreements, tenant relations, and rent collection.
Prepare and present regular reports on property performance.
Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns from tenants and property owners.
Collaborate with the leasing team to attract and retain tenants.
Implement and enforce property policies and procedures.
Perform general office administrative duties, including but not limited to answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Coordinate meetings and appointments as necessary.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
Proven experience in property management is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local real estate regulations and laws.
Proficient in property management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
