*SUMMARY OF POSITION* The candidate for this role is responsible for increasing the office's / company’s market share through retaining, recruiting, training, and coaching agents.

*KEY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS*
* Increase agent productivity with training & support of productive activities.
* Identify and recruit productive agents to increase net agent count using company recruitment materials & scripts.
* Retain existing productive agents & coach them to higher levels of production through skill training & confidence building.
* Increase the volume of transactions and sales to maintain and increase market share.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*: Motivate, train & coach agents to increase current agents' listings & transactions sides.
Provide unparalleled agent experience for new & existing agents.
Supervise employees and promote the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company culture.
Inform and train agents and staff about the resources available through company programs & systems.
Assist agents by offering contract advice, language, and solutions for any objections along with contract negotiations.
Attend outside educational courses, study specialized publications, establish personal networks, compare best practices, and stay up to date on professional and industry skills & technologies.
*PROFILE OF THE APPLICANT* This position is responsible for directing and expanding office/company market share with the help of the leadership team.
The ideal applicant for this role is a leader who demonstrates knowledge, commitment & discipline who can build relationships and trust with our agents, a person who puts people first and drives recruiting and growth activities by influencing and aiding others in reaching their goals.
